Is Parking on the street ok?

Parking on the street is OK during the day, but is not allowed after 10pm. Formosa Gardens employs a towing service that will tow your vehicle if it is on the street after 10pm.

Are RVs allowed?

RVs are not allowed to be parked at Formosa Gardens at any time.

The driveway is enormous and can easily handle parking 8 cars, but moving all those cars around is a hassle, is it OK if we just drive on the grass?

Please do not drive on the grass. In addition to killing the grass, there are several sprinkler heads that will be damaged if a vehicle drives over them ($50 charge to replace each). If the heads become damaged, then water typically flows all out of one head, flooding one area and depriving the other areas of water, killing the grass, flowers, shrubs etc. Please don’t drive on the grass. If you do see a damaged sprinkler head, please let us know and we’ll have it fixed asap. Thanks!

Also, please do not park at the end of driveway by the grill, this will crack the pavement and your car could end up in the lake.
