The Pool

Pool Heating

We recommend that pool heating is purchased from October through May. Pool will be heated to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and the pool heater will run from 8am til 8pm daily.

Spa Heating

The spa can be used at any time with the control panel on the outside wall opposite the spa.

Pool & Spa Controls

Button 1 sets the pool to SPA mode. In this mode, automated valves will circulate water only in the spa and the flow to the pool will temporarily cut off. This will allow for the hot water to remain in the SPA. Once SPA mode ends, the valves will reset and cold water from the pool will circulate into the SPA. In the winter months, you will notice this immediately. In the winter, when temperatures are in the 40s at night, it may take 2 cycles to warm up to max temperature. If SPA mode ends, cold water will flow back into the SPA, so watch carefully as the water heats up.

Button 2 Turns on the heater. If the water is hot enough, you can turn off the heater and stay in SPA mode, and the hot water will be recirculated through the SPA. When it cools down, simply hit button 2 again, and you will get another cycle of hot water.

Button 3 Enables the air blower, which injects air into the water lines and makes lots of bubbles. The SPA heats up faster with the blower on. The blower is loud, and eventually you may want to turn if off and enjoy the relaxing relative silence of the hot tub without all the noise. Simply hit button 3 again, and the blower will turn off. The blower works independently of the heater, and will run whether or not the SPA is circulating hot water or not.

The best way to enjoy the SPA is to hit button 1, wait about 5 seconds, then hit button 2. If you see the red light blinking and hear the heater fire up, then you will know it’s on. Then hit button 3 at any time to engage the blower.

Button 4 Turns on the pool lights. The lights will cycle through colors automatically and turn off after 3 hours automatically, or you can turn them off manually by hitting button 4 again.
